Since 2020, we have organized these online gatherings — occasionally held in person — with the aim of offering our members a unique space for learning and empowerment through exclusive testimonials of success, overcoming challenges, and practical tools.
Our Inspirational Talks are now firmly established as a valuable resource for fostering both personal and professional growth. Through them, our members gain the tools to challenge their limits, strengthen their self-confidence, and expand their support networks.
Among the high-profile speakers who have joined us over the years are leading figures in the sector such as Cristina Aguilar (Airbus), Montserrat Mestres (AESA), Elena Mayoral (Aena), María Luisa Domínguez (ADIF), Javier Marín (Aena), Paco Sánchez Segura (Airbus), Jürgen Westermeier (Airbus), and Ángel Luis Arias (Enaire), among others.
Mentoring
In 2024, we launched a mentoring program to provide our members with access to highly experienced women, facilitating the transfer of knowledge and strengthening the confidence of future leaders. This connection fosters a lasting culture of collaboration and sisterhood, where mentors pass on their legacy while strengthening the community.
Mentoring at Ellas Vuelan Alto becomes a tool for shared growth, creating a lasting support network aligned with our mission to consolidate the presence of women in the aerospace sector in our country.
Network of Networks
The founders of Ellas Vuelan Alto understood the power of women’s networks to amplify individual efforts and shared resources, facilitating best practices and increasing the visibility of women in the sector, as well as highlighting their importance in driving inclusive policies and a more equitable corporate culture.
Since our foundation, EVA has supported the creation of networks such as Enfemenino, mINerva, and SENtir, from ENAIRE, INECO, and SENASA respectively. In addition, we have collaborated to facilitate connections among them through various workshops.
We aim to go even further. Through our Network of Networks initiative, we seek to bring this vision to our corporate members, helping them strengthen their internal networks and contribute diverse perspectives—key elements for effective decision-making and business innovation.
