Who we are
Getting to know EVA
Ellas Vuelan Alto was created in 2018 with the aim of promoting equality in the aerospace sector through the visibility of its work in Spain, spanning the institutional, academic, business, and public administration spheres, based on the declaration of equality set out in the Charter of the United Nations.
Equality
To work toward achieving equality between women and men, as partners and beneficiaries of Spain’s social and economic development.
Empowerment
To promote the empowerment of women in this sector. To work toward the elimination of discrimination against women.
Participation
To increase women’s participation in public and professional life by developing projects that provide women with visibility and recognition of their skills.
Networks
To encourage the creation of networks of women in companies within the aerospace sector at both national and international levels.


Our sphere of influence
We aim to be an active part of society with a governance model aligned with our objectives, building relationships and connections on strategic issues within the aerospace sector, and acting in support of the visibility and consolidation of women in the industry. To achieve this, we operate across different areas:
1 Public institutions
To promote regulation that supports real equality.
2 Society
To contribute to the elimination of gender bias.
3 Companies
To promote the implementation of internal policies that support gender equality.

At the twelfth edition of the “La Noche de la Economía” awards, we received this distinction for our work in the consolidation and visibility of women in the aerospace sector in our country.
