Since its beginnings, Ellas Vuelan Alto has counted on the enthusiasm and commitment of women from across Spain, which has made it possible to extend our presence to different regions of the country.

• Andalucía: our first territorial delegation was established in a key region for the sector, recognized as the third European aerospace hub after Toulouse (France) and Hamburgo (Germany).

• Galicia: in December 2023, this autonomous community joined our network of delegations, further strengthening our mission to promote the role of women in the sector.

• Futuras delegaciones: in the coming months, we will continue our territorial expansion with the opening of two new territorial delegations.

In addition to our territorial presence, we have divisions that address areas of great relevance and development within the sector:

• Space Division: active for more than three years, it has established itself as a benchmark in the space field, promoting women’s participation in one of the most strategic and dynamic sectors of the industry.

• Innovative Air Mobility Division: this new division, scheduled to be launched in the first half of 2025, focuses on innovations and technologies related to urban air transport, a field with enormous potential for growth and transformation in the cities of the future.

These specialized divisions allow us to lead initiatives in key areas of the sector, ensuring that women play a leading role in the major technological and strategic advances shaping the future of aviation and space.

We continue working to launch, in the short to medium term, new divisions focused on the topics that matter most to our sector. Ellas Vuelan Alto keeps growing, with its sights set on a future full of opportunities and exciting challenges. Together, we continue to conquer new horizons!
